Hello, my name is Steven Mapes

I am the Owner and President of Mapes Construction Company, Inc.  Thank you for visiting my website.

I started framing houses directly out of high school in 1979.  

For the first 10 years, I framed single family, multi-family and custom homes.

In 1992, I started my own company and subcontracted for many large home builders and have steadily been framing

multiple large subdivisions with between 200-500 homes,

including many residential remodeling projects.

We specialize only in Sundecks, Patios and Screen Porches since 2009. The companies we are cooperating with are Toll Brothers Inc., Wormald Corporation, Homestead Building Systems Inc.

Our company's focus is customer satisfaction with moderately priced, quality construction.
